The things that keep me motivated, (I have a sweet tooth), is:
1. Focus on being fit - weight loss will follow. Sometimes changing exercise formats help, keep it interesting (I hate exercise routines so I like to keep it fresh);
2. Exercise first thing in the morning - all my food choices are then based on me not wanting to 'undo' the good exercise I woke up early for;
3. Have friends that keep you accountable or join you for exercise;
4. Substitute unhealthy food for healthy food - sometimes to get rid of bad habits, you need to replace them with good habits.
5. Portion control - I love certain foods, but it doesn't mean I need to have seconds;

One thing you can do is get some one or maybe even a group of people to do it with you. I did that and it kept me on track and I lost all the weight I wanted to and got into routine of doing it and can do it on my own
Eat lots of veggies and fruit
drink water to keep full
go on walks
keep saying " I CAN DO IT "
Keep a food diary of what you have ate and drink that day
have a day once a week or month to cheat and eat what you want but don't over do it
its more of a lifestyle change than " diet "
Progress not perfection. It's okay to have cheat days and not eat perfectly all of the time. The idea is to stay the course. Even when you fall off the "diet," get back on. Think about the end result and remind yourself how good you're going to look.

I have a pic of a really fit guy as my phone wallpaper. No homo. It motivates me. Whenever I use my phone it reminds me and I go work out or something. I might put one in the kitchen too
