The number online according to your age, weight, and height should have been pretty accurate, not totally, but if you don't believe it to be true ask your doctor or see a nutrionist.
Incase you were wondering, you can't target fat loss so to lower body fat percentage, the main thing is to lower your calorie and carb intake, like a low calorie, low carb diet, exercising builds and tones, it does not make you lose weight. So drinking a shit load of water and the low carb low diet will allow your body fat percentage to lower, but cardio is good too. As for exercise like weights, planks, etc, those build muscle but make losing weight FASTER. Yeah.
