Are you stressed out about something? About 3 years ago, I really hated my job (I didn't realize how much until I left) and for some reason I became super nauseous every time I saw or smelled food (even if I had been previously starving). A lot of the time, I would force myself to eat something, but I still ended up loosing about 5 pounds (that was not a good thing in my case). You should probably look into seeing if there is something in your life that is causing you a lot of stress, and if so you need to fix it somehow. My problem went away as soon as I quit my job to go back to school.

I've had that happen, I ended up loosing a fair amount of weight, but for me it was a mix of depression and not caring about too much anymore. Food just lost appeal to me for awhile, how I broke it was I pretty much forced myself to eat entire meals, I'm thinking my stomach may have shrunk or soemthing which caused my appetite to get so low, because forcing myself to eat more than I felt I could fixed it.
I'm not sure what your case is like, but not better way to find out than going to a doctor.
Hope this helps.
Relax and stop worrying about it. Eat when you're hungry and don't when you're not. It's not likely there's something wrong with your body but if you're too concerned then go to the doctor and get a professional answer. If you've been trying to lose weight your hormones could be outa wack or something. There's no telling. It's probably not serious or permanent though.
