I went to sleep at 11pm last night only to wake up at 3:30 am this morning, and I can fall asleep anymore.
I'm still tired out and I want to have some rest but I can't fall asleep.
Anyone ne got some advice?

Hey man I sleep at 3am usually and wake up at 7am
Today I had the chance to sleep in so I ended up sleeping at 2am and waking up at 4pm LMAO
honestly I say your best bet is googling cause I obviously don't know how to fix my sleep schedule
