(like a saggy stomach large arms bleh but normal weight and small frame).
I read that somewhere, doing too much cardio is bad, I've done 1 and a half hours of cardio in 3 days... but I feel stressed now and like running on a treadmill for another half hour (I do at a moderate jogging/running speed in intervals)
Will this effect my body negatively?
I've also done some arm excercises like bicep things, and sit ups, and some squats with weights (but only like 15 per time lol...)
am i good?
