My boyfriends a personal trainer so I'll give you his advice, as I have to others as well. I'll shorten it down a bit, it's really simple, just takes self control. Start eating healthy for one, lean meats, oats, eggs, peanut butter, veges, fruits. Make sure you eat 6 small meals a day, not 3 huge ones. You should eat every 2 hours. If you get too hungry have a snack, piece of fruit or something. Drink 8 glasses of water a day, bring a water bottle with you wherever you go if you have to. If you work out, run or anything like that, you need more than 8 so just make sure you always have water, especially working out. Easiest thing to do for speeding up the process, is run, but it's not the longer you go, it's the intensity of it. Run decently fast for shorter periods of time, then jog or walk. Use hills for sprints if you can, they help a lot. A very under rated way of losing weight is just swimming, do laps at the pool if you can, it's the best cardio workout there is. If you need motivation, martial arts classes are always good for getting you going and really pumping you up. As for workouts, gyms aren't that great unless they have a pull up bar. Any kind of weight lifting with wires and that sh*t, isn't good for your body, too restricted. At home you can do many things, the best workouts are bodyweight. Push-ups, pull-ups, planches, levers, v-ups, and squats, all of those work amazingly. depriving yourself for exersize is going to be hard for weight loss. promise me I know!

OJ in the morning the water throught the day. (lots of water) - apple for lunch with watter and dinner either salade with no dressing 0r fruite, YEs is kno it sounds like hell but it helped me.
Or take out all carbs. Bread, noodled, butter, sweets. none of that stuff, it makes people fat! I would know haha.
And instead of all the carbs replace it will fiber and salad. Fruite is good for you but it also has calories so choosing salde is the best for you. but no dressing. dressing can ruine the calorie intake. With the fiber and water that makes you flush your system out and when your system is flushed (like you use the potty haha) your botty ends up filling its self with lettice and fruite and water and fiber agian and just repets its self., and you will loose weight, because the carbs and sweets never flushed, they mostly stayed. so do this. really. just commit to it.!

I'm sure you are looking for the quick and easy route. Besides liposuction, there's no other way. In a way I can relate to you; I wasn't very overweight, but after a long summer of partying, drinking, and eating whatever, whenever, I gained quite a few pounds, and a beer belly. The hardest part was finding motivation, but otherwise, once you actually get up and go, you'll get into it. The results keep me going really. The way you start to look after a few weeks will keep you motivated.
Also, note that diet is a huge factor. Get a fitness evalution and figure out how many calories you should be taking in, vs. how many calories you are Actually taking in. Remember that to lose weight, you have take in less calories on a daily basis. On the same note, don't starve yourself, if anything that will make you rebound, hard.
As far as workouts go. The gym is the best way to do this. Get a personal trainer to help push you and keep you on track. If you don't like the whole idea of a gym, sports are the alternative. Doesn't have to be heavy like competitive sports, but something to get you moving.
Also, remember this. When you are lofting around, you feel like you don't have enough energy to do any exercises, but as soon as you do at least one you'll feel sudden burst of energy.

A frend of mine (GUY) had a similar problem. This might not work with everyone, but this is what I adviced my frend. This can be done till you see results, later , its ur wish
* Stop eating food with too much fats, but yes, a bit, I mean a little bit of fats in your diet is needed. Stop eating food with high calories, like chocolates, pastries, etc.. live on fruits and veggies, and drink lots of water. Non-vegetarian foods are to be avoided.
* You have to go jogging every morning or evening or both morn and evening, pick a sport and play it regularly ( Basketball is preferable), I also advice daily swimming sessions.
* If you still have time, opt for yoga or a dance class.

An easy way to start seeing results is by starting off slow but determined.
*ONLY drink water from here on out.
*Eat a whole grain fiber cereal for breakfast. Every day.
*Stop adding ANY extra flavoring to your foods (Salt, pepper, Sweet N' Low, soy sauce, salad dressing etc.).
*ALWAYS only eat when hungry. THINK: Am I actually hungry or just bored?
*If you want to snack that's okay. But keep it natural. ONLY fruits or vegetables.
*DON'T have seconds. Keep it restricted to 1 bowl or 1 plate of food at every meal.
*Have fruit as a dessert after dinner.
Start by doing just these few little things for a week or two and you'll start feeling better.
Trust me! :-)P90X or insanity have delivered miraculous results. find it online and download it. Running is vital or any cardio to you losing fat. Don't concentrate on weight; concentrate on losing fat because muscle is heavier than fat. You need to run. Running and sprinting are the best way to work up a sweat. Drink plenty of water.
My favorite exercises to do are ones which work the whole body and not just one area and get you working hard
Exercises like deadlifts, cleans, chin-ups, then there are always the good old squats, pushups and dips
if you don't know what they are search around the web to learn how to do them properly and if you can afford it Id recommend a session with a trainer at your gymUsing weight in a circuit is much harder then walking.. but it can be done..
hit the gym and use weight training as a tool for fat loss,its the best tool
