Should boobs feel like they have something almost like rocks in the middle?

I usually wear a bra almost 24/7. This is because when I'm not wearing a bra, my boobs feel uncomfortable if I make any big movement. When I press on them, it feels as though there is something in the middle, which doesn't hurt but it does feel a bit uncomfortable. My bra size is 34B, if that matters.

No , it doesn't have to feel like that. If both boobs feel the same way , your boobs are normal. If they are saggy , they might give you pain when they hang and swing when bra is not on. But if they are dense and hard and round , they should not give you pain unless when you are on your periods. Check if your tits always remain erect , because erect tits can give pain when they are rubbed against clothes or when they are pressed by tight clothe. Wear a padded bra with soft padding. Or when you are at home and not wearing a bra , wear a breast net which is a type of bra where the breasts are allowed to relax freely.

That might be because u r in growth stage.. And boobs vein adjust themself when loosen up from bra.. Its a gud habbit to loose them for a while to relax them... Wearing bra all tym is also not good thing.. Consult a doc for more...

In the middle of each breast? Have you always had that feeling since your chest started developing? It may be "breast buds" which are a small hard lump under the nipple.

Yes, one in each breast. I'm thinking it may be normal since I read that boobs aren't supposed to be completely squishy all the way through. Is it normal for them to feel uncomfortable when touched though?

Yep it should feel like a coin sized (bigger or smaller depending on the breast size) hard lump beneath each nipple that is a little bit tender when touched. You should have noticed them developing first when your chest started developing

One of my lumps is as wide as like two quarters lined up next to each other, which seems weird since I am only a B cup. Could my constant wearing of the bra caused my boobs to not grow as much as they should have?

I'm not sure. Since you're claiming you've had both lumps since puberty I'm leaning towards thinking it's normal but you could always check with your doctor to make sure.
Nah, bras don't have that dramatic of an effect on breast growth

No, definitely not. If you're feeling lumps of any kind, or really anything abnormal you should go to the doctor ASAP.

Your breasts should not hurt like that. And the lumps sound very suspicious. You should probably have your breasts checked by a doctor to makes sure you do not have any abnormal (and dangerous) growths inside.

I don't know what boobs should feel like but that doesn't sound normal to me so I think you should see your doctor just to be safe
