Weight loss/Diet help pleasee?

I want to stop being so chubby. I don't think I'm really that bad off but I used to be really small and I want to get back to that. I want to start a new thing with only eating 1,050-1,200 Calories a day (I know you have to stick with it) and going running or using the treadmill everyday. I have a big trip in three weeks I'm going on with family do you think I will see results by then?
