Best weight loss tips. Don't stop eating, your metabolism doesn't alter and you don't lose weight worth noticing. Do not cut out food groups, like carbs, they are important... cutting bad is unhealthy. Eat when you are hungry, don't eat if you aren't or if you only think you are. Drink water half an hour before meals, speeds metabolism and speeds up digestion. It also makes you feel more full after eating less. Do cardio exercises, jogging, cycling and so on. If you decide to do something like situps, use compound exercises instead... they are simply several different exercises rolled into one. Looking up different workouts on youtube can be good for techniques and hints.

Eat fewer calories than you use. Calculate your eating and exercise habits and operate on a 200-400 calorie deficit. Make sure you're taking a balanced diet of protein, carbs and fat. Don't be a afraid to lift some weights. Don't be discouraged if the pounds don't just fall off. It takes hard work and time and if you keep at it, you get there.
i think you just have to be active and watch what you eat (moderation is key).
i lost 15lbs in 4 weeks during my trip to Asia; I ate a lot (most of it was good/healthy food), but I also walked a lot. true, it's a bit hard to that here in the states, but I think doing something active throughout the day (plus a workout routine) would help.
i was trying to lose weight before my trip, so I worked out a lot, but only 1-1.5 hours out of an entire day of sitting or doing something else sedentary--wasn't really effective though =/

500 calorie deficit every single day, strict.
Run, keep running, and then run some more. No other cardio can measure up to good old running.
