Weight loss tips please?

I need some EFFECTIVE ways to loose weight, non of that crap you find on the internet with all the scams, I want to loose about 20 pounds by October, please give me tips. I also do Zumba every single day, for those who don't know what it is, it's just exercise but in the form of dance. Supposed to make you loose up to 800 calories a session.
