There is definitely progress, but it looks like the bottom is seeing more growth than the top. That's not unusual, since the upper glutes are harder to activate.
If you've been doing mostly compound movements, the maximus tends to take over for the medius - especially in movements like the barbell squat, in which the quads can overtake both parts of the glutes.
I recommend lifts that isolate the glutes more, like Romanian DL and barbell hip thrust to remove the quads from the movement. It could also help if you found a way to consciously contract the medius while performing those lifts.
