Exercise?

I want to slim down and tone up a bit. For the five school days a week I should be able to spare about 30 to 45 minutes a day. What kind of exercise should I fit in each morning? I have a treadmill, weights, and a yoga DVD. Should I try to do 3 days of cardio and two days of weights and forget the yoga? or should I try to fit the yoga in?
