I'm not super skinny I'm just petite but I would like to fill out a bit more !
The thing to remember, is that you don't want to put on weight in burgers and fries.
My best advice would be to start a workout routine hat consists of weight lifting.
As far as diet goes, consume more fats and proteins. You can even use some workout recovery shakes that are protein based. You can make them with skim milk to make them lower cal, but you are still getting the protein.
Protein and fats will help you build more tone and muscle. You won't get huge but you will fill out more.
