Girls, Ever witnessed another student not make it?

I was chatting with my friends last night and we all have a terrible something in common... We have all been in a situation where a teacher didn't let us use the restroom and we then didn't make it on time... at some point during our school lives. :(

Mine happened in 5th grade, I had asked the teacher and she said no! Now this I suppose would have been acceptable in maybe 1st grade, 2nd grade but hey.. By fifth grade you are literally a woman :D You have a crush and if you make yourself look a fool in front of him it's GAME OVER!

Well that was the day it was GAME OVER for me... for weeks after I was known as poopy girl... agh isn't being a kid fun :O

So did you ever experience a class accident? or witness this happen to another student? I'm sure me and my friends are not alone here... try not to be too gross :D x

No, I haven't, but I give my students 3 restroom passes a quarter to use whenever they need it. I think 3 passes for one 53 minute class for a 9 week period is plenty. After that, you start earning strikes for missing my class which will result in a detention on the third strike and then documentation that you are missing too much class time.

Students don't get that we actually get in trouble for letting students out of the room to use the restroom too often. Sometimes we get emailed by our principals not to let kids leave because they ask literally every class. Literally. And then parents want to know why their child is leaving the room when their grade isn't where they want it.

Sorry, but I used the restroom in between classes and hardly ever asked during. A lot of kids waste time in the hallways and then the bell rings, now all of sudden they have to go. They really don't half the time. If you had to go, then you wouldn't have spent the 5 minutes in between class talking to your friend.

Sorry. Use your time more wisely.

I've not had any accidents that I'm aware off, but when I was in year 10, so 15 years old, in maths class a girl asked to go to the toilet and the teacher said no, about 5/10 minutes later she shat herself so the teacher had to let her go and I think she went home after that.

omg poor girl! How did people know that she'd shat herself? like I would never tell anyone if that happened to me at 15 :O I would just either sit it out until class was over or pretend I was going to puke or something :D

The smell said it all, it was horrific! Plus the embarrassed look on her face when everyone realised gave it away. She had to leave or I think everyone else would have!

Yes, I saw that happen before. She was so embarrassed. It was 6th grade so at that age, kids are ruthless and don't forget things easily, everyone made fun of her for it for weeks after. I felt so bad for her. I don't think a teacher should ever say 'no' when a child asks to go to the restroom.

If one particular kid is frequently doing it to take advantage and use it as an excuse to get out of class, then the teacher should reach out to that kid's parents to address the issue, not punish other students for it.

She urinated. It was everywhere, they had to call in the janitor in the middle of class. It was very awkward. I felt embarrassed FOR her.

It happened to me once in 4th grade xD God that was like worse day ever lol. It wasn't exactly in the classroom. I ran late to the bathroom basically. After I got there, I started crying alone coz I didn't know what to do. My best friend back then came to see why it took me so long, she saw me crying and asked me what's going on. I Told her everything and she told me not to worry and it's going to be okay. She went for "help" and told a teacher. So the teacher gave me a new pair of jeans and everything was sorted. I'm so glad my best friend came to the rescue haha.

I projectile vomited in year 3 all over my class mates (circle sharing time..) when my teacher wouldn’t let me go to the toilet after I desperately raised my hand and asked her (begged her in the end, still said no) so I stood up and was sick all over about 10 kids. After that I was vomit girl but I never asked “permission” to do a bodily function ever again and teachers would always try and make me feel bad or give me detention but id just ignore them and go to the toilet and not go to the detentions. Fuck em I do what I want. My parents always backed me up in my resisting beurocratic rule over my body which helped. My year 12 maths teacher literally followed me to the female toilet yelling at me that i “hadn’t gotten permission to use the toilet” so I turned around and screamed that my tampon changing schedule is nobodies god damn business and that I was 18 and could vote and had been paying my taxes since I was 14.. he sulked back to class mighty quick

In the first grade, I went to a private school and everything was very orderly all the time. We had to ask permission for EVERYTHING. One day during lunch my stomach became really upset and I HAD to go. There was a rule of one at a time and I was 4th or 5th in line. I had the strength to at least get on in the bathroom just not quite there. From then on my dad always told me that if I have to go and the teacher says no, to go ahead and go anyways and tell the teacher that if they have a problem with it, to call my dad.

Well it wasn't my teachers fault, I was in 3rd grade I think. Anyways I was holding my pee in all day, hated public restrooms. Everyone was at lunch, I was in the classroom, calling home cause I left my lunch and wanted to see if mom could drop it off. I was mid call, doing the potty dance, when I decided I couldn't hold it any longer. I hung up, went for the door, opened it, and then I felt it :( just a huge blotch over my pants. The even sadder part was the bathroom was maybe 4 ft across the hall from classroom. I was SOOO CLOSE !!! Thankfully I knew to go straight to the nurses office, and she had a pair of ugly, ill fitting shorts for me from the lost and found...

Never happened to me, teacher always let us go if we couldn't hold it anymore. But I remember a girl pooping herself, she had mental problems though, didn't even ask the teacher, so I don't think that counts. I know guys who did it in water bottles hahahah

I don't get why if you didn't need to go during lunch or break why you suddenly need to go in the one or two hours that your in class, I normally go 5-8 hours without going to the toilet and that was when I was 6, now I go up to 12 hours without using one.

Yeah there was this girl in my class she waited till there was 10 minutes left before asking if she could go, the teacher was explaining something so said no. Then a second later she wet herself, was sat next to her I don't think I've ever jumped out of my chair as quick as i did then. We were all 8/9 years old.

Nope never witnessed it and never happened to me. However, I remember in grade 7, there was this guy that really wanted to urinate and the teacher wouldn't let him. So he climbed out the window of the classroom and peed outside 😆 it was hilarious.
Poor guy got sent to the principal's office and got suspended lol

I've never had an accident in class because if I wanted to go to the bathroom I would GO. I had irritable bowel syndrome as a child and my mother made it clear that useing the restroom was important for my health. I do remember teachers giving me crap for “taking too long” but hey i have no control of my bowel.
I do remember an incident when my teacher refused to let me use the restroom until I was done with my test. I really had to go so i just circled Cs for all the answers and went. My mom was soo furious she bitched the teacher out (teacher was scared for her life) and she let me retake the test. From that day forward my mom told me that if i wanted to use the restroom, use it, i dont need “permission” to use a basic human right. So even if a teacher says no, and you need to go, just walk out and do ur business. What are they gonna do? Force you down in your seat until u piss yourself? That would be illegal

I have actually been sort of in this situation before. XD
One time I made it into the bathroom, and decided to brush my teeth before using the bathroom because that's what I was supposed to be doing. I was like, five, so can't blame that I pooped myself.
