Tell him that you don't like skinny guys, tell him that if he wants to improve his body that you want him to develop muscle not lose weight. Try to explain to him how you feel, that it feels uncomfortable for you being around a guy who is smaller frame than you, and maybe you will need to compromise as well, if you are a little big (I don't know), then you can agree to lose some weight or tone your body more.

Do Insanity! If you don't stop for the whole session then you're working out for a minimum of 30 minutes and you can create your own regiment, not too mention its a good way to lose fat and gain muscle. It doesn't put too much stress on the joints or back, so no excuses about bad knees or back pain ha ha give it a shot, your boyfriend will love it
