When and how did you find out Santa / Easter bunny / tooth fairy wasn’t real?

For me, dad told me from my 1st Xmas that Santa wasn’t real but I always got a present from Santa anyway. Half of me thought he was real the other half thought he wasn’t but when I finally learned at school I wasn’t upset or shocked

I found out the tooth fairy was fake because when I was 7 I went snooping through my mums closet and found all my baby teeth in a little container…OH YEAH she kept baby teeth!

Santa:

Ok,so one Christmas Eve,my dad was working late until 5 a.m and I begged my mom if she and I could sleep downstairs in the living room next to the fireplace and TV so I could wait for santa.So she brought pillows and blankets and she fell asleep first.

I remember she told me to go to sleep,but I pretended to,she fell asleep,I turned on the TV and watched the smurfs and I waited up until 4-5am and there was no Santa!grrr,it's like she wanted me to learn that.

Tooth fairy:

One day I lost my tooth,didn't tell her,put it under my pillow,woke up expecting money and nothing was there!So I told her and she said "mija you should have told me so I could have prayed to the tooth fairy" pshhh,i'm not stupid

Easter Bunny:

That thing always creeped me out man.I remember he was at Target one Easter and my mom forced me to take a picture ugh,I knew he was fake.dumb bunny!

I grew up in an apartment in the city and didn't have a fireplace. I never believed in Santa. My cousins would try waiting up for him, and when they fell asleep, I'd eat the cookies and drink the milk :) I never knew about the Easter bunny until I was eight, and I thought it was the most ridiculous thing ever. Bunnies always ran from me when I tried to pet them. Whenever I lost a tooth, nothing special ever happened. I became the "tooth fairy" for my siblings. They'd wake up happy with candy and maybe a coin or two under their pillow.

When I saw big black bags of presents in my mom's trunk of the car lmao and noticed that Santa and my parents had the same handwriting and gift wrap. I wasn't crushed though haha

i discovered they were fake when I was like 2 or 3, my uncle dressed up as santa and came knockin on the door early in the morning and me and my little brother were asking 'mama why is uncle roy dressed up like santa clause?' then my mom just confessed that they were all fake santa the Easter bunny toothfairy and all the other things
