In school were you guys actually sick or did you play hooky more often?

When I was younger I'd play hooky often and my dad believed me. Now that I'm older I get sick often too but my dad won't believe me 😂.

Pretended to be physically ill due to panic attacks and bullying. People didn't know what to do with mental health problems back then. Now schools understand mental health more than they did back then.

There was only once I played hooky and my mum actually randomly came to my school to pick me up and go to a bakery when she said I had a doctors appointment XD I was mortified!

The only times I've played hooky was to finish essays for English class. I just told my mom I was cramping really bad, and couldn't go to school.

Yikes. That's true. I had to miss a day because I had an ortho apt. And when I came back I missed sooooo much.

I'm already dissapointed in my grades 😂 my class rank is 301 out if 867. 🤦 Definitley not happy about that
