Will my stomach ever be toned again?

I am 5'6 125-130 lbs. I am pretty slim. Ever since I had my baby a year ago I've been unable to lose this loose skin around my stomach (even though I lost all the baby weight)

I have recently started

Jogging for 10 minutes on a treadmill (5 days a week) - Every week I increase the minutes by 2.

I've started doing 60 squats a day.

I do 30 arm curls.

I have decided next week to start doing crunches.

Do you think by next year I will have the body I want? Is there something I should do different?
Will my stomach ever be toned again?
