Cardiovascular exercise, oh how I hate it?

TheGoodTheBadTheHOT
Hello, I'm a fairly healthy guy. I'm a regular gym goer and I make a huge effort to maintain a good diet. I'm 76Kg at 6ft 3" However, stamina is not my strongest area.

I despise cardiovascular exercise of almost any form, I sweat like a pig from the first step. I've tried it all, swimming, running, cycling, rowing but I find problems with all of them;

Rowing and cycling - boring and little results for time spent

Swimming - it's good and I like it, but yet again I see little results

Running - the aforementioned sweating.

So the question I pose to you is;

If you're a keen runner or like cardiovascular exercise of any form then please do share your reasons as to why you like it and, in what ways I can make myself more motivated to follow through with that area of my fitness.
