this is what I do and it works really well and really quickly!
put your toothpaste on your toothbrush as you normally would, wet it with some water, dip your toothbrush into baking soda and brush your teeth normally. you don't have to mix it with water or peroxide or anything :) do it everyday until you start seeing results then every second day. After a few weeks cut it down to maybe once a week because if you do it everyday for too long it might cause irritation.

Use a whitening toothpaste,get your teeth cleaned at the dentists and if you can afford it,get them whitened at the dentists
LoL I was gonna say something leud but I'll stick with the real answer I guess. Equal parts baking soda and peroxide and brush directly onto teeth. Don't get it on your gums or you'll look like you swallowed a bunch of babies...ZIIING!
Brushing your teeth with baking soda and water mixed together into a paste works fairly well.
If you still get sensitive teeth try using sensodyne toothpaste for a while before trying to whiten your teeth again.

But you can always just brush your teeth longer.. the results will just be longer to noticeI use Crest White Strips with no sensitivity issues. You could try Listerine Whitening Strips, my sisters, who do have tooth sensitivity, swear by them.
I'm a registered dental assistant, coffee and tea addict lol and I started using the crest 3d white toothpaste and I'm satisfied with how its working. No sensitivity so far.
