I've done it for like 2 weeks, but I repeated week one because I messed up a little.Anyways,is it good?
I also do a Sparkteen video workout Mon-Fri,AND 30-60 minutes of Tae-Bo(Billy Blanks) on Tuesday and Thursday.
Good? Yay or nay?
I think that I sounds like a good start, but you should always change up your workouts after a month or so to keep your body from getting used to your workout and challenge yourself. This is an alternative to your workout that you may like. I used to do this everyday over the summer...its a walking/jogging/running on an incline, treadmill workout. I can't remember all the details but I think I found it on this website... link . I also suggest that you add the elliptical into your routine, it burns more calories, faster than the treadmill. And I works your core and lower body. I think that you should start out at maybe 15 minutes and increase the intensity and incline as you go along. I'm guessing that you obviously have a gym membership, so you could maybe find out what classes are offered. I suggest an ab camp or boot camp class. I used to go to them every week and they kicked my ass like hardcore. If not, Tae-Bo that you are already doing would be just fine. I hope this helps! And if you have any questions to ask, I would be glad to answer :)
Thanks:)Appreciate it
When I started running I used the couch to 5k program (google it...it's on a ton of websites). it will get you in shape so that you can run without stopping and then you can step up your running to burn more calories. Since you're doing other workouts I don't think you need someone really intense now anyways, focus on getting into shape first then go for intensity/higher cal burning later. Once you complete the program then work out changing up your speed and adding some hills
I know that is an app,but I found out you had to buy it,but I didn't know it was on websites. Thanks
It's terrible.
It's always better to have a steady pace.
Here's the best one I've found
Step 1. Find the fastest pace that you can do for 15 minutes without stopping or walking.
Step 2. Just increase the distance as much as you can every time.
Step 3 After doing your 15 minutes each time do 2 miles in as little time as possible.
Step 4. Get back in as little time as possible.
Step 4.5 If you are doing a track or treadmill or something that keeps you from going one direction the whole time. Just add up your total distance (the 15 minutes plus 2 miles) and do it again all together as fast as possible
That's just part of a program I use. It involves doing other stuff too. that's just the running part.
Your exercise schedule is good but hectic due to so many programs
DO you like dance?...if yes then do it for 1 hour daily but with full intensity!
Your body will be toned automatically if dance regularly!
You will feel much energetic, fresh, and happy...+weight issues!
Thnx
I am aiming for skinny,so I need fat burning and will do anything haha...but dancing doesn't guarantee anything
No,they don't.
No.Bye

I think these are called intervals. I tried them, but they kicked my butt. I've always been a bad runner. I can do other exerises, but running has always killed me. Please let me know if you learn anything that makes running easier.
I'd personally like to lose 20 Ibs to get to my orignal weight. I'd especially like to lose some weight in my chest, lol. Any tips?
any exercise is good. just keep at it and if you don't feel near-death by the end of the workout then you know you're not exerting yourself enough.
