For Runners/Athletes, Is This A Good Running Program?

It's a running "workout program" from Womens Health Magazine,which I'm not really familiar with.I know of it,but I've never actually really purchased one,but my overall goal is to get to my goal weight of 95-100 lbs AND to be able to run or jog without running out of breath.

I've done it for like 2 weeks,but I repeated week one because I messed up a little.Anyways,is it good?

I also do a Sparkteen video workout Mon-Fri,AND 30-60 minutes of Tae-Bo(Billy Blanks) on Tuesday and Thursday.

Good? Yay or nay?
