How to take things slow?

I recently have gotten back together with my boyfriend. However, he says that he wants to take things slow for now, and see how it goes. What exactly does this mean? how should I act?

You know what hun, I have two thoughts here. First...you just act like yourself. You can't act like you're someone different because that wouldn't be fair to him or yourself. You need to see if this can really work out in the long run, and that's going to take both of you seeing if you really do fit together well.

Secondly...as far as his definition of "taking things slow for now"...only HE can answer that sweetie. And you have every right to ask him because you need to know exactly where you stand and exactly what to expect from him and the relationship as far as where everything is. Just approach him calmly and nonchalantly and openly...tell him you just want to make sure you guys are on the same page and you're not really clear about what he's boundaries are for "taking it slow" and that you just want to make sure to respect those boundaries.
