How To Get Skinny Fast?
I exercise and try to eat right, but I never seem to lose any weight. Anybody know a faster way to get skinny?
With regards to a faster way to get skinny (ie, get skinny quick) - don't do it, you'll only end up much, much bigger than you are now. Your body can't handle it, it will rebel, you'll lose 5 kgs and in 6 months you'll have put on 15. It will not work, it never works, don't waste your time and life.
To put it in perspective - how long did it take to put the weight on? Did the extra weight go on in 2 months? No. So why would you expect it to come off in such a ridiculously short time? Give yourself 6 months, target a 0.5-1kg loss every week (1-2 pounds) which is a healthy and acheiveable rate, no more. And at the end of this time, you'll have lost 10-15kg (20-30lbs), and have a good chance at keeping it off!
If you're sensible and go for long term weight loss, it all comes down to numbers. To lose weight, you have to consume less calories than you spend. The easiest way to acheive this (and I've lost 30kg over 1.5 years two years ago, and kept it off) is to simply cut down the size of your meals. I didn't really change what I was eating, just how much.
Think about it - if you're presently not gaining weight, you must be burning as many calories as you are eating. Thus, simply cutting down meal sizes by 10-20% (ie, it was a piece of pizza to me), you create a deficit, which is amplified by exercise.
Now, obviously, a calorie deficit will result in times of being hungry, which is dangerous. How I got around this was learning when I would be hungry, and ensuring I was doing something away from food at the time. Thus, I swam for my daily exercise just before tea, starting before I was hungry, setting myself a target, and swimming to it (getting hungry in the process) before I went and had my meal. I learnt exactly how much was required to stop me being hungry (ie, stopped eating for the sake of it) and only had that much.
I think losing weight slowly is the healthier way to do it. Try doing an hour of exercise everyday, and entirely stop treating yourself to things like ice-cream and chocolate.
My dad's on a diet right now (he has a lot more weight to lose than you) and every time he gets back from the gym (which is half a mile away, yet he still drives there >_>) he treats himself with a nice big lunch, thus gaining all the calories he just lost.
The thing is with him that he does eat healthily but he eats way too much.
Have lunch before you go to the gym.
I think the hardest thing about dieting is that you're constantly thinking about what you're eating, thus thinking about food, thus getting hungry more. So try keeping busy to distract yourself from the thought :)
Good luck :)
If you take pills or laxatives ect. you will just get even bigger right when you stop taking them so honestly they are a temporary pointless fix. The only pill I know that doesn't do that is alli, or doing a detox, they basacally clean your body of the impure toxins and fats, but they kinda turn to an oil like thing and come out through your butt...its nasty. the best way to loose weight is eat 5 small meals a day, don't eat after 7, switch up your workout routine and have whatever your weakness food is only 1-3 times a week depending on what it is so you don't end up gaining weight when you do have it. Make sure your eating! I tried eating only 700 calories a day when I was younger and now have a disorder called Anemia, hope this helps

i'm 5"1" and 130 and I wouldn't say I'm fat at all, but anyway I used to be about 140 so I was quite chubby what worked for me was to drink a liter of water everyday, replace junk food snack with fruit of something more substantial like a brown bread and cheese sandwich, cut out all fast food and eat smaller portions, while doing 20-45 min work out 5 days a week. work on toning rather then losing weight because I know people the same height and weight as me but they look 10 times as fat as me because they have almost no tone. I'm not sure where you are from but most gym's have a class called a pump class it is amazing for toning and you will be waaay toner in a month and it should result in weight loss, there is no quick way to get "skinny" that is healthy.
although it is not healthy I've done many-a crash diets and they do work to get the pounds of but ARE very hard to maintain... usually I will go on the lemonade cleanse which is a cleanse that lasts about a week and has a few weird ingredients. (ceyenne pepper, grade B organic syrup...etc..) or I will just eat lettuce and hardboiled eggs for a week. no soda or anything like that. eat one or 2 pieces of fruit a day plus black beans or a cup of oatmeal ( blackbeans+oatmeal are both fiber and speed up your digestive system)
Any quick way to get skinny would involve crash dieting or restrictive eating, which isn't really good for you.
I recommend to switch up your work out routines. Make sure you're doing cardio. Weights. Try something fun and active like yoga, pilates, kick-boxing, Zumba, pole-dancing. And make sure you drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, and eat healthier (more fruits, veggies, boiled chicken, wheat, brown rice, yogurt, etc).
Exercise & eat healthy. There is no healthy way to lose weight "fast." You have to be patient, you can't just make weight disappear over night, you have to work for it...
im 5'2 and 120 but I use to be 150! I did dancing aerobics running and weight lifting (less weight more reps) and I ate right and healthy.i lost 30lbs in four months but I worked my butt off!lol!
This isn't really good for you and it's kinda gross, but you might try taking laxatives after every meal. It's better than puking after you eat if you're into a really fast way to lose weight.
Alright, I hope you know that your poop is not how you lose fat.
When you burn more calories than you consume, your body uses fat for energy. This causes your fat cells to shrink. In turn, your fat is broken down into two different substances - glycerol and fatty acids - which are absorbed into your liver, kidneys and muscle tissue. From there, the glycerol and fatty acids ultimately produce energy for your body.
The bottom line, you need to workout to lose weight, and eat 5 tiny meals with H2O!
she said to lose weight fast, that's what a lot of celebs do to not gain weight. I'm not promoting it, just saying what they do and what works, although its unhealthy
Try diet pills.
-They make you hyper
-More thirsty for water
-Less hungry (really you are)
-Burns fat
-etc
And you can get them at the GNC, or a drugstore .
Diet pills are really bad for your body. I am studying nursing, and diet pills are only a quick fix, once you are off them you gain the weight back, and then some!
The bad effect of diet pills range from heart problems, seizures, irregular heartbeat, heart attack, hair loss, nervousness, high blood pressure and many more.
Look if you want to lose weight, you are going to have to take your time. Trust me I lost 60 pounds by eating 5 little meals a day, exercise everyday, and only drinking water
