I would say go to the drug store and get yourself some Antibiotic
ointment such as Neosporin , A & D Ointment. Rub it with alcohol
swab let it dry than apply the ointment. I believe they screwed up
and went too deep when they was doing it, for you i sure would
call them up and tell them as exactly what you told us cause they
need to know they screwed up with your tattoo and went too deep
plus the hives could be mild allergy reaction to the paint or whatever
tool they used to make your tattoo. Also it wouldn't hurt to get it
checked out at Urgent Care or the ER just to be on the safe side.

It's scabbing up it's normal once it's done scabbing up it'ill look fine just keep putting Lubriderm with fragrance free and use plain water with out soap in'ill it's done scabbing up. And You'll have a nice tattoo.
Scabbing is normal during the healing process but yours doesn't look like it. Mine healed after 2 weeks and there was some itching but it went away. I suggest you to go back to your artist.
I’d go back to the artist and show them if I was you...

Good god they went too deep.. Scabbing is normal, Rub it down with A/D ointment, that will help it. Let it heal, Dont pick at it. Try not to get it wet with dirty water (showering is ok as long as you use soap lol) but that looks normal to me.
Stupid question I know but did you pick at it?
If not it may be infected. Is the area around the tatt feel or look swollen? It is hard to tell from the photos.that has happened to my last 2. I do A&d and it's goes away in a week or so
