Best way to cure a hangover?

I heard taking tylenol or something before going to sleep helps, I just tried it, and I think it helped me.

Like Camilus said, it's better not to combine medication and alcohol, the liver does not approve.

The best way to prevent a hangover is to drink enough water the night before. One or two pints of water before going to sleep make a real difference the morning after.

If I still have a headache when waking up (very rare) I drink another few glasses of water and usually eat something horribly fat like three fried eggs with bacon. I'm not quite sure if the food helps, but I always feel better after.

Tylenol (acetominophen) is hepatotoxic

Alcohol is hepatotoxic

If you want cirrhosis faster then keep doing what you are doing, otherwise drink less alcohol and more water. I would never take Tylenol unless I had a very high fever.

Yeah, Tylenol is okay. Usually taking Aspirin, drinking water and getting sleep does the trick.

Drinking water is important haha. Will keep you hydrated and get the alcohol out of your system quicker.

Plenty of water before bed...like 2 pints or so...If you take milk thistle in a tincture form before you go out, it will help to detoxify your liver while you drink you drink, also its really good for the skin!

Also ''they'' say that the darker the alcohol, the worse the hangover

Sweet, I can get milk thistle for future use, I've seen it but never used it. That's really wise though since it dos that much! Haha and I think I can remember the dark=bad, light=good thing!

Water before. Drink [insert alcohol here]. Water. If more alcohol, drink. Pee a lot. Water. Sleep, no alarm clock. If need to pee during night, go, drink water again.

No pills.
