I need some help on easy healthy snack I could make to take for snack at work/school. Because I'm tired of the boring just fruity and veggie sticks. Fun/easy/tasty ideas please :)
Kashi granola bars are great when you don't have time to fix anything. My favorite is the chocolate mocha almond or something like that. It's one of the higher ones with 130 calories and 3.5 grams of fat but it has lots of protein and fiber. Great dessert option, if you're really craving chocolate. They definitely have healthier ones, too. Check them out!

String cheese, almonds or other nuts, triscuits, frozen bananas, a plain sweet potato (yum!)... =p
I like to grab french bread and some meat and cheese.
Granola and yogurt bars are really good. Nature Valley, Special K, Kashi, etc. make them.
