As gregs said, go hire one in that case.
Just before you say anything, spot-fat removal is an implausible idea. It doesn't work. To loose fat In one area you must loose it in all areas that your body sees fit to dictate.
As for diet, well that's easy. High protein and vitamin content, very few or little saturated fats. Pasta is a good one due to it's high carbohydrate count.
