That's probably the worst diet I've ever heard. And the stupidest. There's no way you could ever have thought it was okay. Listen to thecheshirecat and start eating. If you're in college I know it's hard to get breakfast some times but you should at least keep something in your room to grab as a snack on your way out. There's no way you can get all necessary nutrients in one meal and a few snacks. Take a look at a health website see the required amounts of fat, sugar, caffine, veggies/fruits, wheat and such that you need per day. Also, amp, of any kind, is terrible for you in more ways than I can count. So if you can't cut it out completely at least drop it down to one or less a day. And when I say one I mean 8 oz, not one of those giant cans. It's not as bad as other energy drinks but it's still not good. Your body would much rather have that much water in it's system.
So no. Your diet is one of the worst I've ever heard. And I know a girl who got scurvy a few years back, first reported case in that state in over 100 years.

its not healthy at all. the running isn't going to do anything with this diet you're eating.
first of all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. its a true fact that people weigh less and lose more weight if they eat breakfast, rather then people who don't eat breafast.
and eating one meal a day isn't good either. and drinking three amps a day is gross. its pure sugar.
becuase of the diet your eating, when you run you're actually putting more weight on becuase of how much sugar you're taking in and how poor your diet is.
soo I suggest eating more food, healthy good. and cutting down to a couple amps a WEEK.
It's actually very good. Snacking every few hours increases your metabolism, which makes you fit.
Some sugar is OK but you have a good diet.
Although a good meal would be best every day.

why did you say you're 18? Well- the food isn't bad but the energy drinks are not good for you-especially with that much exercise. You could end up dehydrating. But it's not bad to eat so if you're only drinking the energy drinks so you won't eat- you need to start eating 3 small healthy meals a day especially breakfast- which kickstarts the metabolism (GOOD) and snack healthy every 3 to 4 hours that will keep your metabolism up
personally I try to cut out the snacking and eat, 3 sit down meals a day (NB they don't have to be big meals) When you snack, you usually end up eating lots of little bad things, When you make a meal you tend to feel fuller and eat better, eg
breakfast: poached egg with a piace of bread
Lunch: avacado salad/ miso soup
dinner: steamed spinnach rice and fish.
you get the idea...its more healthy and not high in calories, and if you re running lots you ll need lots of protein, .That doesn't sound healthy. If you are running you need more fuel. Sugar free things can also cause cancer often. Caffeine on an empty stomach can be extremely harmful in excess. You need protein and carbohydrates. Stop having the drinks so you can eat! I don't want to sound mean but I am honestly concerned about your health.
It's suggested to eat 6 meals a day, 4 meals, 2 snacks. Also, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you need energy when you first wake up to be able to do your daily activities.
it's bad to not eat a lot especially when running, it's a lot better to eat 3 meals a day with snack. what you're doing is not healthy. I think you have a problem. go see a doctor.
