Hi sisters, my boyfriend wasn’t really going down on me despite me shaving for him and everything. He finally told me while we were discussing something that I smelled bad down there and he felt like puking and that’s why avoided it. And that he tried telling me a couple of times by hinting to shower etc. however I do try my best to keep clean down there by changing my underwear everyday and washing it down there with water. I still don’t know what is wrong. He also mentioned that he felt my walls weren’t that healthy. (He had a shit ton of experiences with girls in the past, player as such and said it based off that)
I’m 20 by the way, never been to a gynaecologist. I’ve had guys give me head repeatedly earlier but they never said a word so im not sure what changed.
I’ve had a few lifestyle changes like stress and diet etc
any tips for me?

You likely have "BV", bacterial vaginosis which, in a nutshell, is an imbalance of the bacteria living in your genitalia.
Speaking as a guy, yeah, BV is absolutely a no-go for muff diving because the gag reflex kicks in.
You need to see a doctor to get a prescription for antibiotics.
About BV
The Google summary when you search for BV:
===
Bacterial vaginosis happens when bacteria usually found in the vagina grow too much. This growth upsets the balance of "good" and "bad" bacteria in the vagina. Bacterial vaginosis tends to occur during childbearing years.
People with bacterial vaginosis often have no symptoms. Symptoms might include thin gray, white or green fluid coming from the vagina. Other symptoms may include a foul, fishy smell from the vagina, an itchy vagina, or burning while urinating.
Treatment can include prescription cream or gel that goes into the vagina or medicines taken by mouth. Bacterial vaginosis tends to come back within 3 to 12 months. If it comes back, it needs more treatment.

B T W, believe it or not, what you are doing is NOT helping! You can be "too clean" down there and that's what is likely causing your bacterial imbalance.
Again from The Mayo Clinic:
Risk factors
Risk factors for bacterial vaginosis include:
Your change in diet may also have had an impact on inducing any BV you may have. This I am not sure of, but it is very plausible. I say that because a change in diet or lifestyle likely causes a change in the biochemistry and metabolism of your body which then can affect the microorganisms that live inside or on your body consuming your wastes. Thus, the bacteria balance in your vagina may change and that may induce BV.
You need to see a doctor because you likely will need a prescription to get whatever medications that you need to treat this. And, you're at the age when you should start seeing a gynecologist, so consider that. You may not need to see a gynecologist for this though, a normal general practitioner physician or physician's assistant I believe can provide adequate services and prescriptions.
Take this question and my response to that physician so he or she can discuss all of this with you.
I did go to the physician today and she wants to test me for it next week! Thanks
Good. You are welcome, young lady.
Sis, don't stress too much! This stuff happens to the best of us. Here's what I'd do:
- Make an appt with your gyno just to check things out down there. Your health is the top priority and they can give good advice.
- Try a gentle soap like Summer's Eve or a fragrance-free wash just on the outer lips. Too much soap inside can upset your natural pH balance.
- Make sure to fully dry after washing - any moisture lingering can promote odor.
- Watch your diet - too much red meat/spicy foods can sometimes cause scents. Up your water too.
- Stress can definitely play a role! Try relaxing baths, yoga, etc.
- Have an honest talk with bae about making you feel comfortable. A caring partner will understand bodies change.
Don't lose confidence, kitty! With some tweaks I'm sure you'll feel amazing again. Your worth isn't defined by any one part of you. You've got this sis! Let me know if you need anything else.
Water? You need soap not soap inside the vagina but outside like surrounding the clot labia and vulva
