a decent weight loss/goal tracker that I can do online that DOESN'T require joining their site? ha ha all I want to know is avg calories I should be eating/burning and how many lbs I should be losing each week!
iTouch... there's probably an app for that... lol. I don't know of one though, but you can probably design your own chart using Microsoft Excel or something. There should be at least information on how to do it yourself without having to join up on a site.
