I see personal trainers that dont have a clue when it comes to any technical lifts, such as the squat or deadlift or the oly lifts. My sister had a personal trainer who told her not to eat after 6pm, so they can be sometimes clueless about everything
Intermittent fasting is great i also intermittent fast, but her personal training was telling her as long as you dont eat after 6pm, you won't put on weight. He didn't even mention the term intermittent fasting
I agree, but I agree and carry on. You could demonstraight the correct and safe way and moments later they will go back to their 'form'. It's their joint. Let them suffer.
Myself personally i notice my form slipping when I'm trying to push past my limits with a higher weight than my body is used to handling because my mind is more focused on the weight than form.

Probably a lack of know-how or training combined with foolish pride that's preventing them from asking for proper advice.
These people simply didn’t do the proper research to know how to properly lift.

I never been to a gym since gym class in high school.

LOL im one too and have told people not to eat past 6pm... i do it as well!. there's no cluelessness about intermitent fasting, its common sense!.

I dont usually mention it either, because it dosnt really matter. I always lose weight just stopping at 6pm and eat whenever the next day
Intermittent fasting is great, with lots of benefits, but do you not think total calories matter the most?
Calories within your day yes!. And high protein is the only way to go.
Even wAter fasting is an amazing technique to add in
The fact that you actually pay attention to them and notice them, then spend time thinking and writing about them is pretty sad.
They usually don't know what they're doing. Sometimes their ego is too big for them to ask for help.

For me personally, I just struggle with the right form in many exercises or I'm just tired! xD
They feel they need to get a better shape. Sounds logical does it not?
They just don't realize it. It's hard when not looking in the mirror. 💙😇
yeah you're probably that edgy girl at the gym who just uses the running machine for 30mins sweating and then leave.
Most schools don't even have Physical Education anymore to teach proper exercise form.
Well, it's really A and B. They are arrogant, stubborn as mules and dont know what they are doing.
Most people dont know what they are doing
So they look the same everyday lol
Do you tell them their form is wrong?
Give them some tips, it could help avoid serious injuries or just talk shit online, its up to you.
Cuz they haven't been taught the correct way. Lots of amateurs and noobs. ;)

Honestly I lift at home in the basement and I do cardio (jogging), basketball & swimming in the gym.
