i know you don't want to hear this right now

but pills will not help you right now, they'll just mess up all your good work

i know you think all your exercising is not working, but give it time, stick it out and you will see the "fruits of your labor"

exercising and eating healthy is the only way you will definitely lose wait

please be patient, I have been trying to lose weight for 3 years now, and I have tried a lot, all because I just can't seem to will myself to do what you're doing, exercise. and I hate myself for it. continue your great work
