Bodybuilding with depression and a small frame?

I've been thinking about starting with some workout to give me some good shot of endorphins and become healthier, but I have depression, so 0 energy, and I would be a very first time beginner. Plus, my bones have stopped growing at a younger age because of reasons...
- I'd like to know how the heck I could gain the strength to even think about going in my little spot and actually start working out;
- What exercises to do, especially for my tiny shoulders, and their names. I'm completely clueless;
- Consider that I'd like to go from something like the skinny guy in the first photo to this other you can see;
- How long will it take, in your opinion?
