Steroids. You would be SHOCKED at the people who take juice to stay shredded year round, especially for those who use their body to make money. Women are not naturally inclined to look like this, maybe a 1 in a million freak.

Neither. They work really hard (to build the muscle bigger) and good diet (in order to not have excessive fat) as a result their abs are visible. It's super sexy in my opinion

It's probably a combination of low body fat and stringent work out protocols. There is no way to determine what a woman's level of testosterone is unless she undergoes tests.
