I need to loose 10-15 lbs! what's the best workout and eating plan?

I wanna do it relatively fast ! What is the best possible way?

I already go to the gym and I do the elliptical for 30 minutes and I do some weight training. my diet sucks though I don't eat for a large amount of time (up to 6 hours and than I would eat a meal at about 7pm) but yeah I don't think I am doing the right sorts of things!

So yeah I want to tone my body and be all sexy

Im 5'5, around 150 pounds! :( And I'm 20 years old.
