I`m in the UK by the way and so talking about why people in america are obese is not really relevant for my campaign. I have to do it about british teenagers who are obese and I have to do the presentation tomorrow morning.

If you have to do the presentation by tomorrow morning then I suggest YOU get started on doing YOUR assignment. You're not going to magically find a response on here with your complete presentation done for you. I would bet you nearly anything that the UK government has at least one website (if not more) devoted to health and obesity which is probably the best place to start for location based information.
