Mix baking soda, 3Dwhite tooth paste, and peroxide. Certain amounts though. It should be thick. Put it on your teeth and leave it on there for 5 or so minutes. It taste bad but it works. Do this for a while and your teeth will be really WHITE.

You can buy the crest white strips...or avoid any staining food/drinks like coffee and soda.

Try whitening toothpastes, whitening strips, whitening mouthwash and avoiding drinks like tea and soda. If all fails then getting them professionally whitened on a regular basis is the best way.

Definitely whiten. Stained teeth stand out like an elephant in a pack of zebras when you smile next to someone with whitened teeth.. Crest White Strips are all you need. They work great.

My mom uses sprnkles baking soda on her toothpaste when she washes her teeth. it looks like it works, but it could just me her :)

dip your toothbrush in baking soda and brush your teeth like normal...worked for me!
