Will 2 Hours of Cardio Help Me?

Will 2 hours of cardio help get rid of my muscular legs and thighs?

I know it's recommended to get 30-60 minutes of cardio a day, which I do, I do running intervals 3 days a week(30-40 minutes), the other 2 days I do Tae-bo which is 45 minutes in total,but I'm thinking of increasing my workouts to 2 hours each day...will that help rid my legs of the muscle and make them thin or SLIM for those of you who feel the need to lecture me?

I have been eating really healthy by the way, it wasn't until today that I slipped a little:( But healthy diet+exercise=yay for prom:)
