Best way to get rid of bad morning breath?

Is there a way to prevent this? Even bad breath as a whole?

* brush your teeth in the morning (i'm certain that you already do this lol)

* brush your tongue ('paste your toothbrush & scrub your tongue)

* make sure that you drink enough water

-tea, whether it be hot or iced, is also good for your breath

-if you drink lemon water or lemon in your tea, sucking on the lemon will kill bacteria in your mouth that cause bad breath; in fact I do this over taking the mints; they just "cover up" the breath

* Fresh veggies & fruit, due to their chemical properties, help to keep your breath fresh.

* Dairy, sugary foods & certain spices also affect your breath negatively. I'm certain that you know that fish & garlic negatively affect your breath.

Mouth wash. Then Diet.

The stink is from a build of of bacteria, but that takes hours to develop. So if your breath is bad, even after using scope, then it's your diet. Cut out the garlic, or other stinky foods.

And always have some breath strips in your pocket in case of close encounters.

Bad breath can kill almost any woman's attraction, no matter how awesome you are otherwise. But bad breath is very easy to manage, so don't sweat it.. just don't get lazy.

Ive been following a daily routine for years and its honestly great, I never heard complaints about bad breathe: as soon as I wake up I eat something light than I brush my teeth and use a mouthwash right afterward, I keep mouthwash and trident with me all day long , every time I eat something I use the mouthwash and and a mint gum

I know it'd be wonderful to wake up in the morning with fresh breath wouldn't it? But I don't think there's anything we can do except brush our teeth and tongue.

Floss regularly, brush your teeth and tongue, use mouth wash, chew sugar-free gum, don't eat a lot of carbohydrates...
