Do you eat junk food, fried foods, possibly eating lots of carbs, drinking alcohol? smoking? too much caffeine ? these things can overheat your body as your metabolism /liver work overtime, or produce toxins in your blood which can overheat your body, drink more water to cleanse your insides and more veges fruits juices.

Not as extreme as that, but I do really hate any weather over 65 degrees. I dread summer every year. I hate sweating :( If it was 50 degrees and you were in a tank top and shorts, would you still get overheated? If so, maybe you should ask a doctor about it! It sounds like it could be dangerous.

I'm the same way... guess it's just being "hot-natured"... I love the cold much better!
i don't feel hot, but I always sweat under my arms. it will be like 20 degrees outside and I will get pit stains, its awful. I have no idea how to fix it, I bathe and wear deoderant and stuff...
75 °F :O that's consider winter here.
104 °F is when I get overheatedYeah, three showers a day in the summer.
