Losing weight in time for summer!

Okay so to make it short I am about 5'8 1/2, I weigh around 135 lbs. Is there any way or special diet that can make me lose weight in time for summer? I play Basketball and Soccer so I exercise a lot, but is their a diet that can make my stomach flat, its not "huge" but when I wear a bikini it has that little bit of skin over it. Is there any way I can lose about 20 lbs soon? Thank you!
