Okay so to make it short I am about 5'8 1/2, I weigh around 135 lbs. Is there any way or special diet that can make me lose weight in time for summer? I play Basketball and Soccer so I exercise a lot, but is their a diet that can make my stomach flat, its not "huge" but when I wear a bikini it has that little bit of skin over it. Is there any way I can lose about 20 lbs soon? Thank you!
Mmm I wouldn't be worrying about loosing weight. I'm 5'4 and a quarter, and I weigh 140 pounds. And I'm not overweight. (But I would actually like to lose 10 pounds and replace it all with muscle) Anyway. I don't think you need to necessarily lose weight to make your stomach flat since your weight doesn't make you sound big. But do a hundred crunches before you go to bed every night--if you're consistent you'll see change by summer. But other than that, just be conscious of what you're putting into your body, and you're playing sports so I guess you're good in the exercise department.
