since you're interested in fitness , I would like to share where I get all my workout routines , nutrition info , etc.. from I never needed to look anywhere else he is great and its all for free
I think for 5,6, 110 lbs is waaaaay to low. And I think with your work out, you'll probably never get there Not because it isn't good, but because you'll build up too much muscle on the way and that's probably a good thing

It's not too low for my body frame.
And I'm fine with gaining muscle but I want to be thinner first.
i would suggest p90x or insanity if you want to push it to the next level
for other cardio, try kick boxing, box stepping, or stair steppers. thos might add to your cardio to keep it from becoming too monotonous. I also am a big fan of swimming because it's a ful body workout. also I would reccomend a plyometric routine because those are crazy leg workouts haha
My guys say cardio then strength training is best.
Thank god for my genes.
I'm 5'6'' 105 lbs and I don't look anorexia so you'll be fine.
However are you sure you have a small body frame?

Yeah, but my body is sort of used to it by now.
And I think so, according to that thing where you wrap your two fingers around your wrist. I don't know any other way to tell. I used to be really skinny up until a few years ago.
If you weren't overeating/not exercising what you have is your frame.
The body changes skinny chicks when mature can be fat & vice versa.
You can get to the size you want but if it's not you frame it may look awkward thankfully only a few fat girls look awkward when skinny it's the hip thing.
cardio helps make the legs look better and keeps the heart healthy, women don't really body build that often, so they concentrate on having a healthy heart and toned legs, that's about it
I think its a decent routine except id alternate days between the cardio and the weight training. Plus incorporate a lot of stretching in there.
Also, please change up your routine after a few weeks to avoid plateauing.
Meal wise please eat enough of the right foods that replenish the energy you are burning off. You do need to incorporate carbs proteins and the right fats.
sounds perfect and well thought out, my only advice would be not to forget to eat. that's a pretty rigorous work out plan so make sure yu fuel up and stay nurished.
id say lots of stretching really important so you don't turn into a frankenstein like me. yeah id say my back and legs need to be stretched quite a bit to return to normal. anyway, for me all I gotta do is cardio, I got lots of muscle so all I need to do is just put them in motion with cardio.
heathly clean eating, and at least a half hr of cardio a day will do wonders. will definately kick start the metabolism which is what you want. all you need really
Instead of doing so many curls, try to do bicycle kicks on your back. Like hands behind head and elbows out, and turn your body and touch your elbow to knee, that way it works the sides and not just the front. Also try doing the plank just look that one up, as well as ab roller was one that worked really well for me, just use a scooter if you do not have one.
It's not how much you work out. It really comes down to how much you eat. You need to take in fewer calories than you burn off. That could easily be done w/o much exercise. If you only exercise three times per week, you could still lose weight just by cutting calories. BTW, you need a lot of protein per day, and it's a lot tougher to get as a vegetarian. Not only that, but protein is really good for you. It fills you up and keeps you fuller longer than anything else you eat.

I love physical fitness topics and would usually type up a book, and you would love my advice, but I'm not in the mood right now so I will just suggest checking out bodybuilding.com That site has literally any/all information you could ever need about working out and workout programs. If you can't find what you're looking for on the forums or articles, post a question on the forums and people will reply within an hour.
Whoa I'm the same height and like 108 right now and I'm considered a really thin person (but it's genetics). I think that might be a little low to trying to be getting to. People think I like starve myself, it kind of sucks. I just run and don't eat crap. vegetarian as well, high five :)
This sounds really well though out and planned just remember to switch things up every couple weeks or you'll hit a plateau and will just be working out to maintain and stop gaining results
Wow. You seem to have a great workout already. However, all of the guys' advice that they're offering will help too. Good luck and I hope you reach your goal!

It also depends what you are eating. If you really want to lose weight, I would recommend not eating very much and just snacking on fruits and water all day long. Also another thing is, take your daily vitamins to stay healthy. good luck

well you'll certainley will get thinner but at the same time ull gain muscle and remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
So I doubt u'll get down to 110 without going to a body fat percentage under 16% which is not so healthy anymore
I understand how BMI works but that doesn't take into account genetics and body frame.
more importantly it doesn't take muscle mass into account.
I bet Vin Diesel would be grossly overweight according to his BMI
That's a good point haha.
Thanks. :)
I think you're on the right path, and if you can keep at it for the next 5 years you should weigh-in at about 7 ounces.
YESSSS.
; - ) Just be careful not to disappear altogether.

Woa, sister! Waaay too many crunches!
Crunches build ab muscles. They don't burn stomach fat.
Just keep up your Cardio and Diet.
Leave the rest to the other answerers who have actually given very good advice.
I disagree because my sister does 300 crunches a day and has abs of steel.
Thanks for your answer though.
That's a lot of work.
My guys say cardio then strength training is best.

Most likely you're not a small body what you are now is your body after maturing.
Unless you ate like a little piggy & was a couch potato.
Try a doctor not some thing off the internet plenty of large girls have thin wrists.
I'm supposed to be thinner than this. I know that for sure.
Your doctor can verify that?

My body is done maturing. I'm practically 21.
And I used to be overweight and eat like sh*t.
I won't look awkward. I've been my goal weight before.
Good then.
I guess your metabolism just blows.
cardio helps make the legs look better and keeps the heart healthy, women don't really body build that often, so they concentrate on having a healthy heart and toned legs, that's about it
According to doctors women need cardio & strength training for the best body and health.
My guys just say it's best to do cardio first to burn off the fat then do strength training to add muscle.
Strength training isn't just body building there's yoga with weights.

protien shakes and good carbs, good luck :)
I eat plenty. Thanks! :)
Just to avoid bordom, tennis a couple of times a week, good carido and overall workout. Especially if you use two handed strokes.
Not to mention you'd look smashing in any kind of tennis playing outfit.
Lol marty.
You might be overdoing it with the crunches, seriously. I"m afraid you'll hurt yourself. I"d cut back on those.
I won't hurt myself. That's what I usually do!
That may be just too many! I'm worried you'll get overuse injuries down the road.
id say lots of stretching really important so you don't turn into a frankenstein like me. yeah id say my back and legs need to be stretched quite a bit to return to normal. anyway, for me all I gotta do is cardio, I got lots of muscle so all I need to do is just put them in motion with cardio.

Why do you need a goal weight? Can't you just do what you're doing until you're happy with yourself? Just curious..
Because it would be nice to reach 110.
Doesn't seem like you even know. Or you just don't want to tell me. But that's not a reason.
I do know. I've been 110 before and I want to again. I don't have to justify myself to YOU. Why do I care what you think?
I was just asking - you are on a site meant for questions and answers.
And it's funny you said you don't have to justify yourself to me right after you explained yourself.
No. I'm not going to sit idle while someone tries to make me look foolish for a goal that I'm perfectly entitled to aspire to.
Thanks though.
Nah, you made yourself look foolish by getting defensive and contradicting yourself.
I merely asked about your goal - there was no trying to make anyone look like anything.
Haha. Not at all hun.
But you're welcome to stop still not answering my question any day now.
Stop not answering your question?
Don't post in a open forum on the internet if you don't want people to say whatever they want.

Sounds fine just make sure you give your body enough time to recover. That's one of the most important ones.
If you do weighted crunches, you won't have to do as much.
Thanks for the tip.
