My 12 week old puppy has a hard lump on right rib cage?

She just saw the vet, and didn't have it, just appeared over night. What can it be, does anybody know. She is going back to the vets on Monday, to have them check, I am just worried.

An X-ray should be able to tell what they are. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.

It could possibly be just a pimple, but always good to check.
