Passion flower works good for me when I am extremely anxious it is available in capsules. Also the mineral magnesium works for me available in powders or capsules. Excercising though this sounds cliche’ pumps natural pain killers and relaxants in your blood stream but obviously you must regularly excercise if you want to sustain this. Before using substances to physically change your mental state try your best to pin down your thoughts if your body is otherwise healthy it is a mental thought game and so getting therapy or self help books about changing mental states is the best path.

Hmmm. I don’t know about natural anxiety treatments but I take Lexapro, Wellbutrin and Busbar for my generalized anxiety disorder. I’m pretty sure they are bc friendly.
