Anxiety medication on Nexplanon?

Hi, I suffer from anxiety so I am going to buy some medication to help with it. I know St John's Wart interferes with my implant (Nexplanon) so I can't use that. My doctor recommended a medication called Kalms but should I double check that I can have it because I don't want to get pregnant. Any advice would be helpful please 💙

Passion flower works good for me when I am extremely anxious it is available in capsules. Also the mineral magnesium works for me available in powders or capsules. Excercising though this sounds cliche’ pumps natural pain killers and relaxants in your blood stream but obviously you must regularly excercise if you want to sustain this. Before using substances to physically change your mental state try your best to pin down your thoughts if your body is otherwise healthy it is a mental thought game and so getting therapy or self help books about changing mental states is the best path.

Im sure you know this aready but if you are on prescription medication you must ask your doctor before taking herbal supplements magnesium should be ok though as it is an essential mineral.

I am on Nexplanon is it birth control and it is in my arm for 2 years

Hmmm. I don’t know about natural anxiety treatments but I take Lexapro, Wellbutrin and Busbar for my generalized anxiety disorder. I’m pretty sure they are bc friendly.
