Would you ask out a chubby girl?

If a girl was chubby would it keep you from asking her out even if she was nice, funny, and you two really clicked? Because I think that's what often happens to me. Guys will only see me as a best chick friend instead of girl friend material. I don't know. What's your opinion?

Wow, the difference between guy & girl answers is ridiculous.

I've got the same issue. I've had one serious boyfriend, but have gotten around too.

I go by what my first f*** buddy told me

"confidence will get you everywhere" and it's true. I was confident with myself and it got me my boyfriend.

Unfortunately after a year, my boyfriend was a total DICK and I moved on. But still having that confidence, I can still get around.

Confidence, confidence, confidence. It gets you everywhere.

And as far as the beat chick friend goes, I don't know really what to say there. My best friend was a guy and I fell for him, kept it to my self. Then we got drunk one night and had sex and it just all went to sh*t. But so as long as you don't sleep with him, tell him How you feel. You gotta take the chance.

In my opinion if a guy feels a real connection with the girl, and finds her nice funny and etc...he'll probably end up finding her attractive as well... because the beauty is in the eyes of the holder.. And really...there's nothing wrong with a girl being a little chubby... There are many gorgeous girls who are overweight out there, and honestly...if they are healthy, then who cares about guys opinion? Meet new guys.

People are different but with me its pretty much looks what sparks the chemistry. Overweight is a turnoff, but in my life I have encountered guys who are nowhere near as shallow as I am.
