Cardio is the best way to shed pounds by far just running or taking long strides when walking, I also put chili bird peppers in my eggs or in any food I can because the spicy pepper increases your metabolism, I also drink 3 cups of green tea at least every day which also increases your metabolism and its very healthy, never skip breakfast, eat porridge or eggs and get at least 5 grams of protein, stay away from white bread, whole grains are great for your body, Dr.Oz also supports the idea of I've therapy which is putting ice or an ice pack on the back of your neck daily, or having a cold shower because your body thinks your cold so its working harder to keep you warm doing this before working out will help shed pounds, that's just some random stuff I've done myself which helps a lot ha ha kinda all over the place but just make sure you're not starving yourself that's no good.
