My motivation to stay in shape comes from me wanting to live a long life. I don't smoke, I don't drink, or any of that. I don't even like to take cough medicine. At one point I would use any anger I had bottled up and used it during my exercises to give me motivation and help me push myself more than I would normally. I also like to think about a person who I know would be proud of me for taking care of myself as well as I do. I do it for myself and that person. For example, I try to get my sister to exercise with me, but she never does and never does exercise. I feel bad for her because she has no motivation to do so, but when I think about it, it helps me push myself even further so that maybe one day hearing me exercise and pushing myself as much as I can will be enough motivation to help her get off the couch.
Another thing to help you get motivated is to invite a buddy to exercise with you. Family or friends. I went to a friends house and we spent a whole afternoon exercising together. And exercising together helped motivate us. He would push himself on exercising and that will encourage me to do the same thing. So you feed off of their work ethic and it helps you keep up or push yourself further. And vise versa.

I think about how I'd feel if my girlfriend didn't stay in shape, and that keeps me going knowing I wouldn't want her to feel that way.
well most cute clothes are for small - average sized people ..i keep in mind what I look like in a bikini , people are more receptive to you if your a proper size(I keep all these things in mind everyday before I put something in my mouth). At times it helps to have friends who are active..they kind of keep you focused.
In the class am currently taking, nearly all the girls in there are small. That also motivates me to stay in good shape ..i don't want to be the only "fatty" among them.
I think about all of the diseases that run in my family such as diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol high blood pressure, hypertension etc. I think about how much medication my mom and dad have to take(they aren't sick or anything but they take them to maintain in good health) and I think about how I want to live a long healthy life without such ailments and always complaining of back or knee pain.
I also look at thinspo to remind me I need to keep thin to look good.

i go window shopping to remind myself of all the cute clothes I want to buy when I get down to my ideal size. I also switch up my workout routine all the time so I don't get bored.
I like the endorphins and the state of euphoria my body feels and I basically become addicted to it.,...other reasons would be to wear nice clothes, and wear my two piece to the beach lol
I enjoy doing activities I would not be able to do if I were out of shape like I used to be. That is enough for me.
i think about all the dresses I'm going to wear to show off my body
I keep a picture of my fat times handy. Just the desire not to get back there helps.
