If you had an accident, did you have an MRI? I've had several concussions, and I still get migraines sometimes. I am down to only using Excedrin Migraine, and it seems to keep things reasonably under control.

just realised I didn't answer you, I had gone to ER sometime later that night and got a catscan, and it showed severe concussion
in November

you should look into cranial therapy like neurocranial restructuring, it does wonders for head injuries
