well, for one, you're not always as you feel.

And really, aside from intense workouts for extended periods a day, there's not really a way to lose fat quickly; at least, probably not as quickly as you want.

In order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Don't starve yourself, however. Do you work out regularly?

The best workout is an HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training, which is usually done on the treadmill, running outside, or on the elliptical, but it can also be done on things such as a rowing machine. HIITs go something like this: warm up for a few minutes, then go at an intense pace for a predetermined segment of time, then at a more relaxed pace for another segment of time, and rotate between the two

It might look something like this: On the elliptical, warm up on 5 (incline) and 5 (resistance) for 5 minutes. After that, go for one minute at 9 and 11 (or something like that, you'll have to adjust for your own appropriate levels) and then a more relaxed pace or 7 and 9 for two minutes. Your more relaxed pace should always be longer than your intense pace, usually double. You would continue this until you went for a total of 20 minutes, and then cool down for another 5 minutes, bringing your total to 30 minutes. That's what an HIIT is, at least one.

Another version is the fartleck, which is alternating between an intense running pace and a comfortable jog, like 1.5 minutes of a hard pace (say, a 7:30/mile pace, or whatever is hard for you, then 3 minutes of a easier jog, like an 8:45/mile pace.) Basically the same idea: a rotation between an intense and comfortable pace. This has been shown to burn fat more quickly and effectively than just one steady cardio pace. Hope it helps!

This is a good way to shed weight, then gain it back two weeks later. I thought P90X and other high intense cardio routines such as M-100s pushed those boring machines on the back burner. Whatever.

Opinions on this matter differ greatly.

well, the trick is that you have to do exercises continuously... Not necessarily HIITs, but at least regular cardio. As long as you're doing it regularly, you should keep the weight you lost off (so long as you don't eat a ton more than you used to.)

P90x and Insanity are both great for losing weight. For her needs, if she wanted to, Insanity would probably be the better choice. I was just trying to give an easy method. Yes machines can be boring, but that's what music's for.

Treadmill like crazy, I'm talking hours of that sh*t and only eat chicken or fish as a meat, drop out breads completely. a couple of weeks and you will see a dramatic difference.

healthy way to lose weight quickly...

1) reduce you sugar intake if it has more than 4g of sugar in it it shouldn't be in the picture

2) reduce complex carbohydrates. these things take a long time to go through your body and a lot of the fat content stays in. white pasta is an example of this.

3) drink lots of water. take your weight in pounds and divide it by 2 than take that # and put it in ounces and that's how much water you need in a day though you could have more and it is encouraged.-- lemon juice in your water helps you to lose belly fat faster

4) work out every other day. your body needs time to rest so a day in between each time is good. do a mix of intense cardio (jogging, spinning, jumping rope, etc.) with body sculpting (yoga, pilates, etc) with a bit of weight training.

5) eat the right amount of calories for your age, sex, and height. you can google calorie intake calculator and you can figure it out from there.

6) get lots of sleep 6-9 hours a night. it helps your muscles to recover more quickly. then you can go at it again the next day without too much difficulty.

7) watching 3 hours or more of TV a day increases your chances of gaining weight so stay away from TV as much as possible. if you do watch TV I suggest you watch the biggest loser or x-weighted because you can learn from those shows how to lose weight quickly

First off, taking in to consideration you said, "you feel fat." Most likely you're not fat, you just feel bad. Try cleanse your body. Drink lots of water, eat lots of veggies (steamed, boiled, raw), limit your carbohydrate intake and make sure only multi-grain, or whole wheat. Eat small portions throughout the day, take vitamins (it's essential when dieting), and have a protein too, preferably grilled chicken, it doesn't have a lot of fat on it, and it's tasty, and of course exercise (cardio DVD's, fit TV, Gym, walking, running, bicycle riding, etc)!

Losing weight quickly isn't a good idea, it's really easy to gain it back. Losing it slowly will increase your chance of keeping the weight off permanently.

But to actually answer your question, just exercise like crazy and cut your diet in half. I don't recommend it at all, but it'll temporarily work. Just make sure you keep consuming a good amount of fiber, protein, vitamins, etc.

Something that really helps me is exercise. Also- filling your plate half with vegetables, 1/4 meat, and 1/4 carbs. Lean cuisine puts out great products with little calorie intake. But don't change for one guy. Because everyone is beautiful in their own way. Make sure you are losing weight for yourself.

Be healthy. Fad diets make you gain more weight. Also, men are attracted to confidence. If you haven't noticed.. a bigger girl who is confident will do better with guys than a skinny non-confident girl! Just love yourself and lose weight slow and steady! You'll be happy you did! Hope that helps :)

There's no such thing as loosing weight quickly. The only way is exersize. Nd if your between 18-24, nd you keep it up, you'll have a great body by the time you actually start getting really serious with guys

Don't lose weight for a guy! Lose weight for yourself, if anything. Are you actually overweight? Set up a regular eating and exercising schedule and eat balanced. You'll feel better and be healthier in general.

Go out and get really hammered a few times a week, dance alot, smoke weed but don't eat before falling asleep, run and don't eat mr.noodles, cambell soup or anything like that containing a high sodium level...

i tried it. I heard doctors aren't sure whether its good for you or not, but I just couldn't handle the mixture of acid and spice in my stomach to I had to stop by the 3rd day. the salt flush was torture too
