I had an ex with anemia and she even took medication for it but was still prone to fainting spells and weak posture (limp wrists, e. g.). She tried to eat lots of spinach and was pseudo-vegetarian (not in an ethical sense).
But she still had the fainting spells and after trying to take her to Disney Land only to have her faint and carrying her through the snow, I started to try to look up what might be the best food for anemics.
And I found liver. I think liver is the very best. And initially, she hated liver and I did too but I found a way to make it with loads of onions and garlic and red wine, and that made it palatable for us both. After she started eating it, I could swear her fainting spells subsided soon after.
She had a pretty severe case like all her fingernails and teeth turned yellow and she was prone to fainting. I think liver is still one of the best natural bets though.
So I'd try liver, but don't have to eat every day. Say once a week: chicken liver, pork liver, beef liver, etc. It's loaded with heme iron but also lots of micronutrients (the animal tends to absorb a wide variety in its liver).
What you need is a wake-up LOL give me some vitamin B all of these I believe you need red meat I think you should really have it looked at because it could be kind of dangerous depending on your red cell blood count I'm sure you know all this have you had a lot of loss of blood
Ah, going through this myself. Same. Normally high energy and buzzing. Spontaneous medical condition pulled rug out from under me and this is side effect. Have to stop halfway up stairs gasping for breath. Annoying. If you figure it out let me know. Still waiting for doctor appointments. Lots of test results. Hope you feel better soon.
I think I was anemic for a short time.. I think it was because I was underweight and not healthy. I def know I had an iron deficiency.

Well asides from needing to see a doctor to find out the reasons for anaemia, you need to take iron to supplement the blood loss. You can boost iron in your diet but depending on how serious it is diet isn't going to cut it.
You need to fix your diet. Anemia is from lack of iron. You don’t overcome health issues, you fix health issues
Do you really want a real solution? Calf liver, yes calf liver. It's nasty, it's smelly, but it will make you better. Have yourself some calf liver and a side of roasted spinach. Trust!
Yell "FUCK THIS" and jump out of bed. Getting out of bed is the first step. Do that and you're already one step in the right direction :)
Take iron supplements and also start taking calcium because Asian women have a problem when they’re older with their back bending when they walk due to lack of calcium
well i would certainly get in contact with my doctor... but generally, the more you give in to it, the worse it gets. so do the opposite of that. struggle is good. avoiding it is bad.
You can drink blood ☝️😈.
On serious note take care of yourselves eat more fruits it increases blood in body as well as purifies it.
Bananas help pomogrante is best for it
Go see a doctor. Don’t seek medical advice from GAG.
Iron pills can cause constipation but seeing the doctor is your best choice
I haven't had many and I never got weak after, just a little uneasy if I was too far from the bathroom for a few hours after.
Have you seen a doctor? They can prescribe things for that. You should definitely look into it.
Generally speaking it's a dietary issue in a a lack of iron. But it can occasionally be something more serious so I'd advise a medical check up to be safe.
You need to boost your iron. A juicy tender steak usually works for me.
Iron supplement every day , maybe twice a day depending on what your doctor recommends
how is your protein intake? do you have any comorbidities? I'm not a doctor, but I think you should see one
Go get red cells test, take red cells, tske a covet test it just might be that. Google foods for red cells enrichment as well. God bless you
Iron. You're low in iron
You need red meat or green vegetables. More of them in your diet
take some vitamins and just take care of your self better.
Bloodtest. I had this before too. Also, eat red meat. The type of iron your body uses is what makes red meat red.
It could also be caused b12 and folate... that's why I said a bloodiest is a good idea
Anemia Weakness is overcome with Coffee Strength.
Coconut milk helps mine I drink 3 or 4 cups a day

You should consult a nutritionist.
