Is it bad to have anemia and what should I do to cure it. ?

I’m currently took a blood test and that how they saw I’m low on red cells and have anemia. She told me that I can take another test to see if is genetic or what’s causing it. But that’s until Thursday, right now I’m try to eat red meats and buy iron pills. But can I die? Or have cancer? And not know it? :(

It’s very important to make sure you and your doctor identify the cause.

You should see a doctor. It can do all sorts of damage to your system. I had it severe and long term before they caught it. Kept saying it was asthma. The asthma meds didn’t work obviously… It damaged my eyes and my heart.

So I wouldn’t make suggestions. Ask a doctor.

An iron deficiency can increased by rich in iron foods , vitamins or a blood transfusion in rare cases. But in some instances it can be a sign of some cancers.

That's why they do a few blood tests. If your blood count is too low or continually low, they should send you for further tests to rule out more serious causes

I would say if this is a blood sugar imbalance to look for things that can stabilize your blood sugar. I used to take hawthorn berry candy when I had liver and cardiac issues and it cured me.

Yes but the anemia won't go away over night, it can take weeks even months before your iron levels increase and you are no longer anaemic

I've dealt with low iron and I have been anaemic more times than I can count. I've even had to have iron infusions and i need to have more, you will be okay honestly especially if your blood test are only showing you are anaemic

if the anemia was severe you'd know it by now. you probably are low on other minerals and could take a multivitamin. i doubt you have cancer and you won't die
